In a surprise turn of events Hello Kitty went on a killing rampage in downtown San Diego during the 17th annual San Diego Balloon Parade. Hello Kitty, later determined to be high on angel dust, stomped to death 16 parade onlookers and injured dozens more before being lassoed and restrained by authorities.
