A Texas businesswoman has written to the Senate foreign relations committee that John R. Bolton is unfit to serve as UN ambassador because he threatened, berated and harassed her in a dispute over an overseas contract.

The face of evil, or the face of tasty fried chicken?
I love the Republican “spin” on Bolton’s nomination and the controvery surrounding his brash and confrontational personality. The Bush lackies tout Bolton as a man who gets things accomplished with an air of supreme confidence. Actually, Bolton’s lack of interpersonal skills force him to utilize theats and intimidation to get his way. Bolton’s nothing more than a playground bully looking to get into favor with the “in crowd”. (That is, all the retards now running the White House and the Congress). I only wish I could have crossed paths with John Bolton during my government career overseas. It sounds childish, but I would have invited Bolton out back of the Embassy for a complimentary ass kicking.
Bolton’s nomination is yet another example of the Bush Administration’s move to isolate the United States from the rest of the civilized world and bolster the claim that the US does not need a permission slip from the international community to exercise its military/political/industrial will on any sovereign nation whose social/political agenda is juxtaposed to the United States. There is no place for alienation in this modern world. We would be better served to leave the UN than allow Bolton to serve as our ambassador of American Policy. For the first time in my 43 years, I am embarrased by the behavior of my national leaders.
