These Terms of Service govern the personal application exo-mail-personal (“the App”), a private tool built and operated by Aaron Fulkerson for his own use.
Personal use
The App is not a commercial product and is not offered to the public. It is operated solely by and for its owner, who is the only authorized user.
No warranty
The App is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The operator uses it at his own risk.
Data handling
The App’s handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy. Its use of Google user data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
