Yay, fun:

Doh, you confound me:

The Möbius strip has only one side. The Klein bottle’s inside is its outside. These remind me of Gabriel’s Horn, which has infinite surface area, but finite volume. Wicked.
Now for some more well known goodies:
You know it, you love it, you remember the rabbits on the island. Yay, Fibonacci! Fibonacci number is the sum of the previous two. The number of spirals in a sunflower or a pinecone is a Fibonacci number.
And lastly, PHI PHI PHI!!!

The ClosedPrivate Initiative
There have been a lot of conversations where the CEO walked into the CIOs office and asked what is this ClosedPrivate thing, like they did 10 years ago about the internet, and what is our strategy? Three key questions:* Articulating the value — less concerned about hard ROI, but do want to know how to think about the value delivered
* Help with selection decisions — how to differentiate among available tools
* Help with deployment efforts — what is the playbook for ensuring adoption and exploitation

Steve and I sat down with Jeremy Zawodny, one of Roy’s heroes, on Yahoo’s campus. MindTouch uses Yahoo! technologies extensively, we’re big fans. Specifically, we’re using YUI, CDN, Flickr API, widgets, etc…
On a personal note, I think Yahoo!, to date, has been the most adept of all the big boys in connecting and growing a Developer Network. These guys get devs and I, for one, am happy to help them evangelize their work.
